Coaching Certification

All Pax River Raider coaches are required to be certified by the National Youth Sports Coaches Association. The cost is $20 for a one year membership, which includes a one year subscription to Sporting Kid magazine and $1,000,000 excess liability insurance. If you are currently certified, you should receive a renewal notice in the mail before your current membership expires. You can renew online, by mail or by calling (800) 729-2057. All Coaches will also have a background check performed. Your background check must be completed before you are allowed to work with the kids.
