Cheerleading is open to all St. Mary's County youth ranging from elementary school to middle school. Each cheerleading squad operates in conjunction with an appropriate age and weight class football team. Squads will cheer during games and perform their practiced routines during halftime of football games, pep rallies, homecoming, and any other events. Most games are held on Saturdays, but occasionally some are held on weekday evenings. Practices begin in early August and expect to end by mid November. At the end of the season, cheerleaders will perform in a cheer off.

We are currently seeking Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Moms for the 2010 season. For more information please email one of the cheer commissioners.
