Refund Information

CAMP REFUND POLICY: The 2011 Contact Camp & Cheer Camp Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE

SEASON REFUND POLICY: Refunds will only be given if requested within 30 days of the Registration Date. Refunds Requests will not be accepted after June 30th 2011. All accessories purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless due to incorrect size or style offered. Any Special Refund Requests must be sent in writing to paxriverraiders@gmail.com and will be voted on by the Board of Directors. Refunds will not be given due to Injury, Lack of Interest, or Relocation.

Refund Payments will be made in the form it was received, except for Cash Payments which will be reimbursed with Check. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

CREDIT CARD Refunds are subjest to a $25.00 Processing Fee due to the High Costs of Processing Credit Cards Online. This includes all Online Payments or Credit Card Purchases.
