Pax River Raiders Refund Policy
 


TACKLE SPRING PROGRAM & SUMMER CAMPS (Contact & Cheer) REFUND POLICY:  are NON-REFUNDABLE.
 

FALL SEASON REFUND POLICY (Football & Cheer): Refunds will only be given if requested within 30 days of the Registration Date. Refunds Requests will not be accepted after Aug 1 of current season. All accessories purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless due to incorrect size or style offered. Any Special Refund Requests must be sent in email to and will be voted on by the PRR Board of Directors. Refunds will not be given due to Injury, Lack of Interest, or Relocation.

Refund Payments will be made in the form it was received, except for Cash Payments which will be reimbursed with Check. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

CREDIT CARD Refunds are subject to a $25.00 Processing Fee due to the High Costs of Processing Credit Cards Online. This includes all Online Payments or Credit Card Purchases.

Not Sufficient Funds (Bad Checks) will carry a $25.00 Returned Check Fee

Refunds will not be given due to injury or false claim of Medical History, please make sure all Medical History is given before participation.

PLEASE NOTE: Equipment will not be issued if complete Registration Payment is not made by the Equipment Issue Date, incomplete payments are non-refundable.
